“At 33, I dropped everything,” she mentioned. “I was in retail management and preferred a thing absolutely diverse.”

“When I first received listed here, there were being 90% adult men in the marketplace, but I realized how many of us (women) there were being,” she stated. “Still only 3% of the faculty, but more than enough women to band with each other and guidance every single other.”

Given that forming the group, O’Rourke claimed the assist has assisted her experience more self-assured.
